Undergraduate Student Services
When submitting their file, new international students need to provide the following required documents:
- Initial Approval: Sent from the university's International Students Department.
- Student File: Received from the university's International Students Department.
- Medical Examination Report.
- Fee Payment Receipt: In USD.
- Enrollment Certificate: Directed to the Passports and Immigration Administration.
- Official Statement (Efada): For residency renewal.
- Processing Student Appeals.
- Student Status Statement: For transfers both within and outside the faculty.
- Clearance for Graduating Students: This includes settling any outstanding dues and handing over their files.
Postgraduate Student Services
- Opening a file for postgraduate application: This includes applications for diplomas, pre-Master's (preparatory year), and doctoral stages.
- Issuing enrollment certificates.
- Providing study schedule statements.
- Issuing registration statements.
- Providing supervision statements.
- Issuing arbitration statements.
- Providing course statements for pre-Master's, doctoral, or diploma stages (available in Arabic or English).
- Master's or doctoral student registration.
- Extending student registration and enrollment for Master's or doctoral students.
- Suspending student enrollment for Master's or doctoral students.
- Forming committees/panels for Master's or doctoral students.
- Granting degrees to Master's, doctoral, or diploma students.
- Issuing Master's, doctoral, or diploma certificates (available in Arabic or English).
