Research Interests

Isolation and identification of aquatic fungi directly from the sample according to a modern method, that I have learned by Professor Jon Webster. I have isolated a new filamentous aquatic fungus from Teigen river, England

Connect conidial (anamorph stage) ( with perfect stages ) of fungi.

Extraction of aflatoxins from fungi like Aspergillus species

Connect Eco-system microbial flora to the system and its relation to pollution if found

Isolation and identification of marine bacteria especially from the Mediterranean Sea, isolation and identification of halophilic yeasts, studying the effect of different salt concentrations and their relation to cellular components
