في إطار تحقيق رسالة كلية العلوم جامعة حلوان في مجال الدراسات العليا والبحوث، وإتاحة خدمات تعليمية وبحثية ومجتمعية تشجع على الابتكار والبحث العلمي في مجالات العلوم الاساسية والتطبيقية، واتفاقاً مع رؤية مصر 2030 وتوجه وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي بشأن الارتقاء بالبحث العلمي وايمانا بدور البحث العلمي في رفع التصنيف للجامعة فقد أنشأت كلية العلوم مجلتها العلمية المدرجة تحت بنك المعرفة المصري والحاصلة على الترقيم الدولي (2974-3672).
تهدف المجلة إلى تعزيز المساهمات البحثية والمعرفة في جميع أنحاء العالم من خلال نشر مقالات أصلية وعالية الجودة في مختلف مجالات العلوم الأساسية. تشمل تخصصات المجلة مجموعة واسعة من المجالات التي تتضمن:
العلوم الفيزيائية: تشمل الرياضيات البحتة والتطبيقية والإحصاء وعلوم الكمبيوتر والفيزياء والكيمياء والفيزياء الحيوية وعلم الفلك
العلوم البيولوجية: تشمل علوم الحيوان والنبات وعلم الأحياء الدقيقة والبيولوجيا الجزيئية والتكنولوجيا الحيوية والكيمياء الحيوية
الجيولوجيا والبيئة: تغطي مجالات الجيولوجيا وعلوم البيئة وتتناول الدراسات المتعلقة بالتربة والمياه والتغيرات المناخية والتنوع البيولوجي وحماية البيئة
تتم مراجعة المقالات المقدمة للنشر في المجلة بناءً على رؤيتها الجديدة والابتكارية في المواضيع المطروحة، وكيفية إسهامها المحتمل في تقدم البحث وإثراء المعرفة العلمية. تحرص المجلة على نشر الأبحاث ذات الجودة العالية والأصلية التي تسهم في التقدم العلمي
بالإضافة إلى المقالات البحثية الأصلية، تنشر المجلة مقالات مرجعية، مراجعات مصغرة، تقارير حالات، مما يوفر منبرًا للتقارير والنقاشات حول وجهات نظر حديثة في العلوم الأساسية.
تلتزم المجلة بنشر المقالات عن طريق عمليات مراجعة وتحرير سريعة وعادلة ودقيقة. بمجرد الموافقة على المقالات، يتم منحها الوصول المجاني عبر الإنترنت فورًا. ويتم منح رقم صفحة لكل مقال
منشور كل ستة أشهر ويتم نشرها في مجلد واحد.

The Journal of the Faculty of Science, Helwan University
Within the framework of achieving the mission of the Faculty of Science, Helwan University in the field of graduate studies and research, and providing educational, research and community services that encourage innovation and scientific research in the fields of basic and applied sciences, and in agreement with Egypt’s vision 2030 and the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the promotion of scientific research and the belief in the role of scientific research in Raising the classification of the university. The Faculty of Science has established its scientific journal, which is listed under the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and has the international numbering (2974-3672).
The journal aims to enhance research contributions and knowledge worldwide by publishing original, high-quality articles in various fields of basic science. The journal’s specializations cover a wide range of areas, including:
Physical Sciences: This includes pure and applied mathematics, statistics, computer science, physics, chemistry, biophysics, and astronomy
Biological Sciences: These include animal and plant sciences, microbiology, molecular biology, biotechnology, and biochemistry
Geology and Environment: covers the fields of geology and environmental sciences and deals with studies related to soil, water, climate changes, biodiversity and environmental protection.
Articles submitted for publication in the journal are reviewed based on their new and innovative insights into the topics presented, and how they can contribute to advancing research and enriching scientific knowledge. The journal is keen to publish high-quality and original research that contributes to scientific progress
In addition to original research articles, the journal publishes review articles, mini-reviews, and case reports, providing a platform for reporting and discussion on fresh perspectives in basic science.
The Journal is committed to publishing articles through prompt, fair, and accurate review and editing processes. Once articles are approved, they are granted free online access immediately. Each published article is given a page number every six months and published in a single volume..
